Jim started in the financial services business in 1990 and in 2013, joined CWA as a Financial Advisor. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University earning his Masters degree in Education, after leaving the Navy. Jim works with clients to identify best practices for retirement planning and associated strategies to achieve client financial goals on an individual basis. He also helps clients to identify personal needs for life insurance and long term care coverage. Jim specializes in assisting parents and grandparents by offering seminars on the benefits and advantages of using the 529 tax-free college investment vehicle to save for future college expenses.

Jim holds both his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designations through the American College.
He is an active member and has served in leadership positions for both the Jaffa and Zembo Shrines. He is also a member of the Dauphin County Tax Group, Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council, Christian Business Men’s Connection, and local Chamber of Commerce. Jim is passionate about providing creative ways to allow individuals to make charitable donations with tax benefits.
Jim and his wife of almost twenty years, Elaine, and their Airedale Terrier, Boomer, live in New Cumberland. They are avid Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers fans.
